Often company websites are very nice, slick and pro-functionary, their documentation clean and glossy, and honestly there is nothing wrong with this.

However, we thought we would inject some fun into our website and documentation by introducing you to “Wilbert and the Mysterious Cloud“. Wilbert is a very hard working boss who knows very little about his IT but discovered it was beginning to overtake his work life. Fighting upgrades, issues, staff not understanding IT and not to mention viruses etc, he found he was spending more time working on his IT that his company. That was until he met the “wise old EO“.
