Why are Our SLAs important?

Entirely Online Ltd need SLAs to help us manage our customer expectations and define the circumstances under which we are not liable for outages or performance issues. Our customers also benefit in that they describe the performance characteristics of the service. Our SLA is incorporated in our services agreement. The SLA adds greater specificity regarding the services provided and the metrics that will be used to measure our performance.

We will be responsible for meeting the level of service as defined by our SLA. We are happy to be  judged according to our response time and resolution time are among our key markers included in our SLA.
